This year’s conference will explore ways in which integrative health is forging a pathway toward a new health paradigm focused on wellness, prevention, and health equity for everyone. Our theme is: “Pathways to Health Equity: Dismantling Barriers and Creating Solutions through Integrative Health.” The conference program will focus on how to work collectively across key stakeholder groups to address structural barriers to achieving Integrative Health (IH) equity. The program will address:
- Practical solutions and how to’s for implementing IH in clinical settings for underserved populations
- Structural barriers and inequities within the healthcare system
- Impact of racial disparities on population health
- Impact of environmental factors and climate change on health and well-being
The IM4US conference this year is essential to helping us feel connected and included and heard during these unprecedented times. The IM4US conference will be that oasis in the desert providing support and compassion for our members, our community, and the communities we come from and serve.
