IM4US strives to make our conferences accessible to all by offering reduced rates to those earning less than $40,000/year, students, community health workers, non-western health care providers/healers, and all providers/healers who themselves are from the impacted communities we serve. Reduced rates are not yet available for 2019, but they will likely be similar to last year’s reduced rates: 3-Day Pass – $400; 2-Day Pass – $300; 1-Day Pass – $225. If the reduced rates are a hardship, please continue with this application.
Funds for financial aid are limited and based on our ability to secure funding from outside entities, such as individual donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors. Priority will be given to those with the greatest need and those who are underrepresented in their field. Financial support covers registration fees only and typically applies to Friday and Saturday only. (Financial aid for Thursday’s immersive workshops is very limited or may not be available.) We will not be able to offer funding for transportation or lodging, but attendees will have access to low cost dormitories at Santa Clara University.
Financial aid recipients – presenters and attendees – are required to volunteer 4 hours at the event.
