Q. How do I access the IM4US Conference Site?
After you register for the conference, you will receive an email from Pathable (our conference platform) with the subject: Welcome to the IM4US 2021 Annual Conference! This email provides instructions on claiming your account for accessing the conference site. After you log in to the site, we recommend that you bookmark the conference site page for easy access.
Q. Are the conference sessions being recorded?
Yes, the conference sessions will be recorded and available to attendees for up to one year after the conference. Attendees will have access recordings for the days they are registered for.
Q. Can you tell me more about your optional CME-Add-on?
The optional CME-Add-on can be purchased for a $75 fee during the registration process.

Q. I received a scholarship or discount for conference registration. Is the optional CME-Add-on included with the scholarship or discount?
No. The optional CME-Add-on is not included with conference registration scholarships or discounts.
Q. How do I receive my CME credits?
After the conference, all attendees who have registered for CME will receive a link to the conference evaluation. After an attendee completes the evaluation, the attendee will attest to the credits they are claiming for sessions they attended or recordings viewed during the conference. At the end of the survey, the CME certificate will pop up in your browser to be saved or printed. The certificate will also be emailed to you if you provide your email address during the evaluation survey. The evaluation form must be completed and submitted online by October 24, 2021.
Non-physician healthcare professionals receive an HP certificate (Healthcare Provider Certificate). It is similar to an attendance certificate. You can then submit that certificate to your own credentialing board about obtaining transferrable CEUs from that board.
Q. May I receive CME credits for viewing the recordings after the conference has ended?
No. Attendees may access the conference recordings for up to a year after the conference but can only claim credits for the sessions they attended live or recordings watched during the conference event happening September 23-25, 2021.
