Claiming CME Credits

After the conference, all attendees who have registered for CME will receive a link to the conference evaluation. After an attendee completes the evaluation, the attendee will attest to the credits they are claiming for sessions they attended or recordings viewed during the conference. At the end of the survey, the CME certificate will pop up in your browser to be saved or printed. The certificate will also be emailed to you if you provide your email address during the evaluation survey. The evaluation form must be completed and submitted online by October 24, 2021.

Non-physician healthcare professionals receive an HP certificate (Healthcare Provider Certificate). It is similar to an attendance certificate. You can then submit that certificate to your own credentialing board about obtaining transferrable CEUs from that board.

Attendees may access the conference recordings for up to a year after the conference but can only claim credits for the sessions they attended live or recordings watched during the conference event happening September 23-25, 2021
